What People Say
Most Liked
The standout dishes at Taqueria Las Palmas include their chilaquiles, which many have described as life-changing. The breakfast burrito comes packed with bacon and perfectly cooked potatoes, garnering rave reviews for its deliciousness. The carnitas emphasize tenderness and flavor without excess fat, making it a favorite. Moreover, the friendly service adds a personal touch to the dining experience. Customers appreciate the thoughtful salsa options, particularly the mild pico de gallo for those who prefer less heat. Diners continually mention the ability to request unique sauces, like the intense habanero, which enhances the flavor profile of many dishes and keeps guests engaged.
Most Disliked
While many rave about Taqueria Las Palmas, a few concerns pop up. Some diners find it unusual that popular meats like carne asada and al pastor are prepared using ground beef and pork instead of traditional cuts. Though the flavor often compensates for this, it can catch some food enthusiasts off guard. Additionally, during peak times, the place can get crowded; Fridays at 7 PM are particularly busy, resulting in longer wait times for service. This slight inconvenience may deter those looking for a quick meal during rush hours. On occasion, the seating can feel a bit cramped, especially for larger groups, which can affect the overall dining experience.

I had chilaquiles for the first time in my life and it made me doubt what I have been eating in my whole life. It was SO good. I have never been a fan of beans, but for the first time, I enjoyed beans on food. Bravo!

I tried them twice this time before reviewing. Both times really good, I got the super burrito with steak the first time and my mom got 2 tacos also really good. The second time I got the bacon breakfast burrito, it was packed with bacon and the potatoes where cooked perfectly. My mom got a chimichanga it was big, cooked nice and crispy. There salsa is really good its like a pico de gallo mix but not hot just really tasty. This place is a total recommend. Ill eat here again soon

Enjoyed all the food! The carnitas were exceptional, very tender with a little char and no bits of gristle or chunks of fat. The asada and pastor were perfectly seasoned but it was a little odd that they use ground beef and ground pork for these. The flavor was so good I didn’t care. Fresh soft tortillas and nice pico de gallo. Burrito was great as well. They give you two types of red salsa, both very tasty but not very spicy. Tip: upon request, they gave me a little mouth burning habanero sauce which really brought everything together. Be warned that a tiny amount goes a long way!

One of the best burritos I’ve ever had! I had the Chilorio Sinaloa style special and it was fantastic, and the service was incredibly friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone!

The taqueria of your dreams! They do all the little things that make food great, not just good .... Carnitas is juicy but not fatty, with a little char. Chorizo is high quality. Sauces are complex. Eggs are cooked perfectly in your huevos. Flan that's carmelized and rich, not rubbery. Beans that melt in your mouth without being gluey. I would eat here every day if I could. Bonus: Super nice people and great service!

Food was great for the price and people super nice! Very quick service too. At first glance the atmosphere isn’t super nice but the rest makes up for it
